Our refund policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID).
  • Your reason for refund must fall within our acceptable use cases (defective product, failed delivery, etc.).
  • You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable or digital goods that have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Customized or personalized services/products.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the refund
  • Any supporting screenshots or proof, if applicable

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
